Admission Tips

GSAS welcomes qualified students to audit classes, and will consider the following factors:
Application Profile have you filled out "full" application as a degree applicant?
Motivation how auditing the class will help your career?
Industry Experience what’s your professional working experience?
Company Sponsorship is your company sponsoring your education?

Auditing space is limited, and students are encouraged to apply early. Auditing students normally do not participate in discussions, examinations, or written papers, unless permitted by the class instructor. Audited classes are not recorded on transcript.
